1. OVERVIEW
By booking a service, submitting your contact info, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the appointment cost.
No-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit and full payment of the appointment.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Because our therapists reserve your time exclusively and turn away other clients to hold it, we require advance notice for all cancellations.
More than 24 hours notice → No charge
Less than 24 hours notice → 100% of appointment cost
You are always welcome to reschedule at no charge as long as it is done more than 5 hours before your appointment.
4. RESCHEDULING POLICY
First reschedule with 5+ hours notice → No charge
First reschedule within 5 hours → 50% of appointment cost
Second reschedule (same day) → 50% of appointment cost, charged before confirming the new appointment
5. NO-SHOW POLICY
A no-show occurs when a client does not attend their appointment without prior notice. We will text you 5 minutes after your start time and call after 15 minutes. If we are unable to reach you, your card on file will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
As a one-time courtesy, first-time no-shows (new or returning clients) may reschedule without an additional charge. A second no-show will be charged in full with no courtesy reschedule.
6. REFUNDS
If eligible for a refund, you may choose:
Account credit — Full amount added to your account, no fees, confirmation sent by email
Card refund — Funds returned to your original payment method, minus a 3.5% processing fee (charged by our payment processor, not by us). Please allow 5–7 business days.
7. SERVICE DISCLAIMERS
We provide therapeutic and cosmetic spa services only.
Results may vary per person.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments that could affect their session.
8. AGE POLICY
Clients must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a legal guardian for certain treatments.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, social media, and branding are the property of The Body Temple Spa and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
10. COMMUNICATION & CONSENT
By submitting your phone number or email, you:
Agree to receive appointment confirmations, marketing, promotions, and updates.
Understand that message frequency varies, and message/data rates may apply.
Can opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP."
11. LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
Adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions
Personal property loss during your visit
Any damages caused directly or indirectly as a consequence of your visit
Any repercussions caused by applying any recommendation made by The Body Temple Spa and its representatives
12. PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us directly. Allow 3–4 business days for our team to review. If a double charge is confirmed, we will correct it immediately — please allow 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
For disputes filed through your bank on a completed service, please note we retain all service records, payment confirmations, and appointment documentation.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
